About
Founded in 1998 by Alex Dale & with SA young-gun Jacques de Klerk overseeing winemaking, Radford Dale is an ambitious & innovative winery. They set about the Cape in search of exciting, sustainably farmed vineyard parcels for their specialist varietals & in 2021 they acquired an organic wine farm in the cool climate of Elgin. Radford Dale are early champions of maritime Stellenbosch Chenin Blanc & Chardonnay, Elgin Pinot Noir & modern Swartland reds. They are the first producer in 20 years to plant Gamay Noir, producing 3 cuvees today. Authenticity & refreshment are a hallmark of their wines.
