Appearance: Deep purple Bouquet: Summer fruits, cassis, fennel and the faintest hint of basil – all wrapped up in serious, warm, toasty oak. Palate: The palate is all about chunky, chewy, magically integrated tannin. A rewarding mouth-feel complemented by concentrated flavours of youngberry, wild mint and blueberry.

Combination of whole and crushed berry sorting & tank press. Fermented in open top stainless steel fermenters with 4-5 pump overs per day.
