Vinification
We give our red grapes approx. 6 hours skin contact, to get a dash of pink, before we press and ferment in stainless steel tanks at low (15 degrees) temperatures. Our wines are kept on the fine lees for several months, to help form the mid pallet. Before bottling, the wines is blended to perfection and balance.
