GFV Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A tremendous deep, rich ruby colour in the glass. The wine shows an intricate and vibrant bouquet of aromas that jump out: blackberry compote, cassis, black plums, tobacco leaf and Christmas fruit cake. Full-bodied wine with ripe red fruits on the palette followed by an elegant tannin structure. Ageing potential of 8-10 years.
