Off The Record

What started as a sideline and after hours project, Bobby Wallace is now growing into strong wine brand. Off The Record follows the theme of "The road less travelled". Chenin Blanc being the original wine, is from one of only three parcels of this variety in home terroir of Elgin.The debut Syrah is from the winter-snow- blanketed vines on the Ceres mountains.
