Description
Semillon from 23 year old vines in Franschhoek Valley. Semillon natural fermented and matured in oak barrels for 7 months before blended with Sauvignon blanc from Elgin made and mature in stainless steel tank. Wisp of orange peel on the palate, fresh tropical fruit aromas and and a delicate aftertaste derived from being matured in oak.
