Description
This is our 3rd vintage of the Bizoe Tiny. The prevois vintage was the 2010,2014 and 2017 . The grapes only get picked in perfect conditions. Fermentation and maturations takes place in oak barrels. Fermentation and alcohol get monitored until the perfect balanace between residual sugar, acidty and alcohol is achieved. The wine spent a further 16 months in barrel before bottled.

The Semillon Vineyard is 24 years old planted in the Robertsvlei Valley in Franschhoek. Well drained and lightly structured soil.
