Description
The latest vintage of this classically-styled Chardonnay is lean yet textured; the wine spends eight months on lees in a mixture of second and third fill barrels and stainless steel tanks, with only 25% of the wine undergoing malolactic fermentation. The grapes are picked from both warmer and cool climate sites, and the result is a fruit driven wine with tropical and fresh citrus notes, then a touch of freshly baked bread, cereal, a light hint of vanilla and toast.
