"Winemaking is not simply a science. It's a creative expression of nature, heritage and chemistry that reflects the imprint of the winemaker" so believes Natasha Williams. In 2017 she started to make her own wines that reflected even more of herself and her aspirations. Lelie van Saron sums up the virtue and provenance of both Natasha, who grew up in Saron, an historic mission station in the Cape Winelands, and the grapes that were sourced from cool vineyards of the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley near Hermanus. The new Jade range adds a new, more playful dimension to Natasha's range of wines.
