The nose offers white peaches, pears and floral aromas. While the Pinot blanc contributes fine texture on the palate, complimented by refreshing acidity, fine mousse and appealing dry finish.

The fruit comes from cool climate vineyards on the Debos farm, at the foothills of the Babylonstoren mountain.

Fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed. Spontaneous fermentation is closely monitored to ensure the fermenting juice is bottled at the ideal moment. Fermentation commenced in the enclosed bottles, capturing the sparkling bubbles.
