Cape Point Vineyards is located on the slopes of Chapman's Peak, approximately 2km away from the Atlantic Ocean. Cape Point Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc is planted at the bottom of the farm where longer hours of sunshine and less exposure to wind makes for fruitier bunches.
Yield: 8 ton/ha hl/ha
Vinification
Settled for 12 - 16 hours before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14 - 16°C. Aged for 12 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
