Fairtrade Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The wine offers beautiful floral notes of orchids, white fruits, ripe nectarine, pink grapefruit and fig. Hints of floral oak spice gives the vine an extra layer of depth. Best enjoyed on warm summer days with fresh oysters, linefish, or on its own.

The grapes come from selected vineyard parcels which showcase more fruit driven aromas.

The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and gently crushed into a press. The juice is allowed to settle naturally over 24 hours after which we inoculate with selected yeast to enhance our fruit profile. Fermentation takes place at 14 to 16 Celsius.

The wine spent 4 months on fine lees with a touch of French Oak.
